Tim Eslick, an Anacortes home builder and remodeler for 30 years is currently downsizing services and transitioning into a house watch, maintenance and consulting capacity. Eslick House Watch offers a unique and diligent building care service for home owners who are home or away. This service is directed toward individual residential, multifamily housing, and commercial owners. Watch services are provided in Anacortes, Mount Vernon, Oak Harbor and the San Juan Islands.
Watch options include security/weather checks, plumbing/heating system monitoring, plant/pet care, watering. Vehicles, outbuildings and vessels may be included. A complimentary building systems checklist can be provided at the end of the watch period as a part of the consulting service.
Maintenance options include minor repairs, remodels and ADA adaptations. It is Tim Eslick’s intent to bridge the gap between the need for a handyman service and the general contractor, providing an easy alternative to homeowners with questions and offering educated guidance and support.
